Junior ready to take over as one of the Owls’ top of the pack cross country runners and be a national and regional contender on the track in mid-distance races...cross country:  2009: overcame freshman injuries to have a super sophomore season, earning LEC runner of the year honors…named LEC runner of the week with her fourth place finish (18:06) at UMass-Dartmouth Invitational..placed fifth (18:20) at Saratoga Invitational and second (19:03) at LEC championships…earned an at-large NCAA berth with a sixth place performance at New England Regional meet…2008:  won the UMass-Dartmouth sub-varsity race (18:57) and placed 12th (19:48) at the KSC Invitational...ran 10:34 at the New England championships...Track:  2009-10: outdoors, won the 5,000 race  at the LEC Championships in a meet record time of 18:24.08…placed fifth in the 5k (18:20.08) at New England Division III meet, earning LEC runner of the week honors…finished third in the 5,000 race (17:57.73) at the ECAC Division III championship…2009: ran a 1,500-meter time of 5:33.90 at Trinity Bantam meet...Before KSC: earned all-State cross country honors as a sophomore at Keene High before spending a year at the Windsor (Vt.) School, where she was one-mile and two-mile state champ ... returned to Keene High and posted best time (19:30) at Meet of Champions... senior team won Class L title, finished second at the Meet of Champions and placed fifth in New England ... top two-mile time was 11:55 ... Paige is a business management major.
