Kristen Mullins joins the Keene State College volleyball staff for the first time under head coach Bob Weiner in 2010, and for the second stint in her career. Mullins also was an assistant coach for the Owls in 2003 and 2004 under then head coach Matora Fiore.

Before coming back to the Owls program, Mullins was the head coach at Turner Falls High School in Massachusetts from 2005-2009.

In her Owl career, Mullins compiled 527 kills, 171 service aces and 1050 digs.
