Veteran runner set to start her fourth season with the Owl cross country and track teams....senior goals include a sub 22 minute 5K on the trails and getting her 400-meter time back down to 65 seconds....Cross Country 2008: top times of the season were turned in at RPI (23:21) and UMass-Dartmouth (23:25) Invitationals....2007: finished with a time of 25:38 at KSC Invitational...Track:  top performances included: 200-meters (29.02) at Dartmouth Invitational 2009, 400-meters (65.54) at Husky Invitational in 2006, and high jump (1.38-meters) at Springfield Invitational in 2007....Before KSC:  a four-year varsity runner in cross country and track at Billerica (Mass.) High....cross country: Lowell Sun second-team (2003 & 2004)....team won Middlesex Valley Conference titles in 2005 and 2006...track:  served as team captain as a senior...received coaches award....Ashley is a early childhood education and history major.
