Freshman high jumper who begins her first season with the Keene State track team....will also compete in the 200 and 4x400 relay as well as the 400 hurdles during the outdoor season...Before KSC:  A top high jump competitor during her four-year career at Guilford (Conn.) High School...As a senior, placed second in the HJ (5'-0") at the Southern Conn. Conference meet, sixth (5'-0") at the Conn. State Championship and 12th (5'-1") at the New England Championship....posted a PR jump of 5'-2" at the SCC Coaches Invitational....Outdoors: placed fourth in the 300-meter hurdles (48.94) and seventh in the high jump (5'-02.00") at the out state meet....an accomplished gymnasts who competes for the Shoreline Gym Club....Janel is considering sociology or psychology as possible majors.
