Megan Dempsey

Junior looking to build on super sophomore season when she took over as the Owls’ top goalie…an aggressive, team player who enjoys and excels in one-on-one confrontations...2009: named to All-Region (2nd Team), All-LEC (1st team) and selected MVP of ECAC tournament after posting three consecutive shutouts….led LEC in GAA (0.80) and shutouts (9)….was second in save pct. (.827)….2008: Made five starts between the pipes as a freshman, posting wins over Framingham State (9/13/08) and Southern Maine (9/20/08)...turned aside a season high eight shots vs. FSC... Before KSC: An all-around athlete at Weymouth (Mass.) High who shined on the field and on the tennis court...a two-time Patriot Ledger and All-Conference goalie who also won the south sectional doubles tennis title....Megan is a  health, promotion and fitness major.
