Grant earns ECAC defensive player of the week honor

Keene State College senior back Jaclyn Grant (Newington, Conn.) was honored by the ECAC by being named the defensive player of the week.

Grant and the Owls held opponents scoreless all week, going 2-0 with shutout victories over Worcester State and Rhode Island College. The Keene State defense allowed the Lancers only seven shots, and just two from the Anchorwomen. Grant and her defensive mates have now put together six shutouts this season
