Hard-working back who will be in contention for playing time on the Owls back-line this fall...excels in one-on-one coverage....High school:  joins Keene State team after starting the past four seasons at Lebanon (N.H.) High...earned first-team All-State honors as a senior....named team MVP as a sophomore and senior....team advanced to semifinal round of Class I tournament last fall....sophomore basketball team captured State championship....Kelsey is majoring in elementary education.
