Gagnon and Little Receive Academic Honors

KEENE, N.H. 07/24/07 - Keene State College's Melissa Gagnon (Saco, Me.)and Samantha Little (Norwich, Conn.) has been named to the Intercollegiate Women's Lacrosse Coaches Association (IWLCA) academic honor roll.

Both senior defenders for the Owls, Gagnon is a health promotion/fitness major and Little is an education/psychology major.

The IWLCA recognized 410 student-athletes representing 157 institutions for their work in the classroom.

The Keene State women's lacrosse team finished its 2007 season with an 8-7 record and earned a berth in the ECAC Division III New England tournament.
