Starts his second season as a member of Keene State's cross country and track teams....season goals include a sub-27 minute 8K and a low 4:30 mark in the mile....Cross Country: 2008: posted season best time (28:56) at UMass-Dartmouth sub-varsity race...Track : 2008-09: best 1,000-meter time (2:50.86) came at the Tufts II Invitational...missed outdoor season with an illness...Before KSC: competed two season on Dighton-Rehoboth (Mass.) Regional High team....Colm has yet to decide on a major.
