Senior looking forward to strong final season running for the Owls....Cross Country:  2008:  posted a career best time of 28:00 at UMass-Dartmouth Invitational last fall...Track:  top 3K time (9:30) was posted at the Harvard Open (2008) and best 5K time (17:14) recorded at the LEC Alliance championship (2007)....Before KSC: two-year member of Trumbull (Conn.) track team...senior 4x800 relay team won Division title...James is an economics major.
