Second-year member of cross country team looking to push for a spot on the varsity squad this fall...best freshman time of 28:30 was posted at the LEC Alliance championship....Track:   a distance runner who will compete in races from 3K to 10K....won LEC 10k outdoor championship with a time 34:12....also recorded a season best 16:35 in the 5K at the Springfield Invitational....Before KSC: Attended Staples (Conn.) High where he competed four-years on the school's cross country team and also ran the 3200-meter and 3K.....ran a career best 10:20 in the 3,200-meter in the regional meet at Danbury High...presented the Block S coaches award as a senior....track team won the Conn. State (Class L) title seven years in a row....Casey has yet to declare a major.
