Third-year runner looking to stay healthy and secure a spot on the Owls varsity cross country squad and continue his improvement on the track in the mile, 3,000-meter, and steeplechase races....Cross Country:  2008:  posted a season best time of 26:21 at UMass-Dartmouth Invitational and 26:57 (12th) at ECAC championships...Track:  2008-09:  Indoors:  earned All-Division New England (DMR), All-ECAC (3,000-meters), and was a member LEC champion 4x800 relay team....Outdoors: raced to All-ECAC honors with seventh place finish in the 3,000-meter  event....posted a career best 9:31.39 in the 3,000-meter steeplechase at Larry Ellis Invitational....Before KSC: Joined KSC program after four-year career at Sandwich(Mass.) High ... earned ACL and Cape and Islands All-Star cross country honors ... won 800 league champion as a junior ... team won the Division III Championship his freshman year, second at the Division II All-States his senior year ...
