MacPherson named LEC men's track runner of the week.

Sophomore Craig MacPherson was named the LEC indoor runner of the year

KEENE, N.H. 3/2/09  - Keene State's Craig MacPherson has been named Little East Conference men's track athlete of the week.  

MacPherson raced to a third place finish in the mile at the New England Track and Field Championships at Boston University on Saturday. The Derry, N.H. product posted the top mark in Division III this season, clipping the clock at 4:08.62. MacPherson also took part in the Owls' distance medley relay team, placing fifth with a combined time of 10:09.92. Keene State finished 11th in the 31 team field with 21 points.

MacPherson has won the honor five times this season.
