Scrappy freshman who will be in contention for playing time at midfield this season…will go after ground balls and help in the Owls’ transition game….a member of KSC soccer team this fall…Before KSC:  Played four years, including two as a starter, at Putnam Valley (N.Y.) High…earned All-Section honors as a senior…senior team advanced to state semifinals….Billy has yet to declare a major.
