Jessica Berthiaume
Women’s Soccer
Berthiaume found the back of the net five times in a couple of decisive victories by the Keene State College women’s soccer team last week. On Wednesday, the freshman from Worcester, Mass. came off the bench to score a goal in KSC’s 5-2 win over Westfield State. She followed that up by tying a Owl record by scoring four goals in Keene State’s 7-1 win over Framingham State on Saturday.  Berthiaume lead the team with six goals this season.

Katlyn Simula
Field Hockey
Simula continued her impressive play last week as a freshman defender on the Keene State field hockey team.  The Bridgewater, N.H. native played a key role on a KSC defensive unit that didn’t allow a goal in shutout wins over Springfield College (4-0) and Eastern Conn. (2-0) last week.  She also made a contribution offensively by assisting on a goal against the Pride and netting the game-winning goal against the Warriors.
