Benning and Dallas named to ECAC New England All-Star Team

CAPE COD, Mass. 11/30/09- Post-season honors keep rolling in for Keene State's Carly Benning (Brewster, Mass.) and Erin Dallas (Marlow, N.H.). The pair were selected to the 2009 ECAC Division III New England Region Field Hockey All-Star team announced on Monday.  Both seniors were first-team selections.

Benning, a forward, had 58 points on the season, scoring 27 goals, including 14 game-winners, and four assists. Making the transition to the backfield, Dallas had an unmatched 12 defensive saves to go with two goals and 10 assists. Keene State finished its season with an 18-6 record, earning a berth in the ECAC New England tournament.
