Perkins named ECAC co-player of the week

Senior Jeff Perkins had a home run and four RBIs against Plymouth on Friday

KEENE, N.H. 3/25/09 - Keene State's Jeff Perkins has been named  ECAC Division III New England baseball co-player of the week.  

Perkins hit .538 (21-for-39) on during the Owls spring week trip to Phoenix. The senior outfielder from Dunbarton, N.H. had 10 doubles, three triples, 19 runs scored, and 18 RBI. He also stole four bases and registered nine multi-hit games, including a 4-for-5 performance against Roger Williams.

Perkins shared the honor with Kevin Heller of Amherst College.
