Did you marry a Keene State College Athlete?

Looking to  pursue a sport in college, Owl athletes have also found that special someone or lifelong partner at Keene State.

Some athletes married outside their sport. Owl field hockey players Stacey Joslin (Guy Harrington) and Amanda Rosenbeck  (John Grainger) married KSC baseball players.

And as you can see by the accompanying photo, last summer KSC field hockey player Amy Pokrywka tied the knot with Owl lacrosse player Ryan Hazelton.

While other Owl married Owls who played the same sport. Men’s basketball player Fred Fieldhouse  married a KSC women’s basketball player (Hayley Alaimo) and cross country/track athlete Mark Miller married a KSC women’s cross country/track athlete (Mary Proulx).

We also have two married Owls on the KSC Athletic staff, Associate Baseball Coach Marty Testo and Strength and Conditioning Coach Sarah (Kent) Testo.

This summer the Keene State College sports information department is compiling a list of Keene State athletes who married Keene State athletes.

Please send your response to with your date of marriage to:  Sports Information Coordinator Stuart Kaufman skaufman@keene.edu). We will put together a list and put it up on the KSC athletic web page.   Photos are encouraged as well.

Thank you!
