Strength & Conditioning Staff

Sarah Testo is entering her seventh year as the strength & conditioning coach at Keene State. Testo develops and implements in-season and off-season strength & conditioning programs for 16 varsity teams. Testo earned her B.S in health science from Keene State College where she was a four year member of the Keene State Women's Soccer Team. Testo also received a master's degree in exercise science from Springfield College and is a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist through the National Strength & Conditioning Association and a Performance Enhancement Specialist through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. Prior to Keene State Testo worked at Mike Boyle's Strength & Conditioning and interned at University of Tulsa and Boston University.

Philosophy

The main objective of the Strength & Conditioning program is to prevent athletic injuries while enhancing performance.
